My cheap wine of choice. Started when I was on Temporary Duty in Germany. We (greywar and I) decided that we were gaining too much... calories... from the beer (even if it was the blonde!), so he switched to whiskey and I switched to wine. (That sounds like a cadence... hrm.)

I'm drinking a particularly cheap vintage of this style right now, accompanied by a "Brother's Special" pie from Brother's Pizza in Long Branch. I feel bad that I haven't called ex-SPC Raver, but I keep coming up with personal excuses (the least of which isn't that I'm feeling sorry for myself right now) in my head.

I hope he forgives me for that. I haven't seen him in far too long.

Work has been alright this week. I wish there were more of it, to keep me occupied, to keep me out of this suite (I have my Lieutenant to thank for the awesome hotel, except there's no wireless internet which was my ONLY REQUIREMENT). I need to keep myself busy to stay out of trouble...

Or drink. Cheers.

I'm possibly detecting a series theme for these latest articles.

I don't usually drink, but when I do, I like the pinot noirs. Kendall Jackson reserve has a nice one in most of their vintages. Of course I couldn't say for sure whether a white wine might go better with pizza or not. I suppose it depends on the toppings.

Sorry you're bored, where's your tdy? Maybe you could get out and go see something. Unless you're in Sierra Vista. In which case go see Tombstone, and then despair. There's gotta be something cool to see or do nearby.....
