PT was ability group run, where I tagged along with the slightly-too-fast 15-to-16-minute-two-mile group.

I did some extra PT after work. 30 minutes on the treadmill (just over 2 miles, since I was walking more than jogging), then some machine pull-downs, some machine ab crunches and seated squats. I couldn't crunch any more and my left hammy cramped walking to the car. Good times.
