I'm not satisfied with that, so I'm adding some lunchmeat to it (70 cal, 25 fat cal, 3g fat, 1g saturated fat, 2g carb, 0g fiber, 9g protein). Still not satisfied with the protein total, AT ALL..

Totals: 1505 cal, 347 fat cal, 39.5g fat, 12g saturated fat, 199g carb, 23g fiber, 85g protein


I'm getting more than 4 more weeks of food from another female soldier in my unit who wasn't really satisfied with the program. If I don't stick to their restrictions for more than a couple weeks, I'll still be able to use the food as a supplement to my ordinary diet (I eat a lot of prepared food anyway).
