So, I'm still not observing strict dietary science right now. My PT has suffered... and it's due to my own slackening willpower and lack of planning. Blaming my kids' visit is convenient but not entirely honest.

Having said that, I'm still trying to keep my calories under control (without logging anything, which is really just guess work). I'm trying to be more inventive with PT (occasional light sets with the dumbbells that I have in my living room, taking the boys to the pool). And, I guess it's working. I was 216 on Monday and 214 this morning. If I hover at 215 for the next 4 1/2 weeks, I'll consider that a victory. Either way, once the boys are gone I plan on getting right back into a strong PT/diet plan and dropping the final 10 or 15 pounds.

It'd be pretty cool to not have to tape for body fat if I took a PT test right before my birthday.
