I'm not being very good about what I eat this week, although Wednesday I basically hit my previous goals for calories. I was 213 Thursday morning but missed PT and ate a lot of bad carbs. I was 215 this morning... and missed PT again! We may go swimming this evening to make up for it, but will probably be crunched for time due to a Color Guard practice. Swimming over the weekend is not only likely but nearly obligatory.

Tonight we're going to have tortilla pizzas (I'll toss some chicken and vegetables on mine but they'll probably have just cheese). I'm looking at spaghetti Saturday or Sunday and maybe chicken with veggies and a starch for the other dinner. Mac & Cheese? Maybe McDonald's for a lunch, since I can get something kind of McHealthy and they can play in the McPlayground afterwards.

If I hover around 215 for the next 5 weeks, I'll be satisfied with that. I may try NutriSystem for a month after the boys go home to try to kick start myself back into weight loss... but that's awhile away. My immediate goals are to GET TO PT in the morning, which will require us to go to bed earlier than we currently are. (I'm also going to sleep in this weekend, but that's not really a goal.)
