My willpower is crap.

Bowl of Kix cereal with 1% milk. Vitamin water.
Two Lean Pockets.
Ham and cheese, pickles and onoin, no-fat mayo on wheat.
Popcorn and coke (at the movies).
Chicken fried steak sandwich on crap white bun, tomato, onions, lettuce, pickles and mayo; spicy popcorn chicken; no-carb energy drink.
Lean Cuisine pizza.

No exercise, save walking around the sporting goods store with a 30lb weight in my left hand. I bought it and some shorts and socks for the boys. We also walked (slowly, due to my son's ankle injury) around the mall.

Feeling a little melancholy...
