2.2 mile run. One hour in the sun, mid-morning (no, I didn't actually do anything, but I sweated a bit).

Vitamin water: 25 cal, 0 fat cal, 0g fat, 0g saturated fat, 6g carb, 0g fiber, 0g protein
3 eggs, salsa: 250 cal, 135 fat cal, 15g fat, 4.5g saturated fat, 5g carb, 1g fiber, 21g protein
Fruitabu: 40 cal, 0 fat cal, 0g fat 0g saturated fat, 9g carb, 1g fiber, 0g protein
Protein bar: 190 cal, 50 fat cal, 6g fat, 4.5g saturated fat, 2g carb, 1g fiber, 19g protein
Gumbo: 240 cal, 50 fat cal, 5g fat, 1g saturated fat, 30g carb, 6g fiber, 14g protein
Power bar: 250 cal, 45 fat cal, 5g fat, 2.5g saturated fat, 37g carb, 5g fiber, 10g protein
My new favoritest energy drink: 20 cal, 0 fat cal, 0g fat, 0g saturated fat, 0g carb, 0g fiber, 0g protein
Burritos: 535 cal, 50 fat cal, 6g fat, 2g saturated fat, 64g carb, 26g fiber, 23g protein
Yogurt: 160 cal, 35 fat cal, 4g fat, 2.5g saturated fat, 25g carb, 0g fiber, 5g protein

Totals: 1710 cal, 365 fat cal, 41g fat, 17g saturated fat, 178g carb, 40g fiber, 92g protein

Protein is low and fiber is high. Tomorrow will likely be similar as I have the other half of the burrito fixin's.

What's a fruitabu?

You're doing great. Your consistency is awesome.

Oh. Fruitabu is an organic brand fruit-roll-up kind of snack. These are strawberry, but they also have grape and raspberry.

Basically, it's a cheat snack. I don't really need 10g of extra carbs in my day, but they're tasty (and they go away real quick-like, too).

My consistency is fine... on the weekdays. Generally, I get too crazy on the weekends and it takes me until about Wednesday to settle my weight back down to what it was the previous Friday, and then I lose more weight for two more days before I turn it back around over the weekend... I was 216.5 on Friday, 219.5 on Monday and 217 this morning. I should be below 215 on Friday and back up again on Monday.

I'm also concerned that the summer visit with my kids will turn into a 6-week-long weekend.
