Workout was the gym: 23 minutes on the treadmill maintaining my heart rate at 114 (which was too low, it should be 124 or higher), ab machine, and some back. Some dumbbell work during the day, and I'm aiming for two sets of crunches before bed. Dag! Bed better be soon.
