Yup, back to being accountable
I was 219.5 this morning, which is barely lighter than I've been lately. I'm having problems getting below 220, which is a shame, because stripping the next 14 pounds should really rip me up.
PT was just a light 2.5 mile jog. Very. Very. Slowly.

I actually have already done 25 crunches and some dumbbell work, so it isn't just an empty promise tonight. Tomorrow morning I'll do some biceps and back in the gym, in addition to some cardio, and maybe some legs. I'm trying to be good the rest of this week and all of next (except for this Saturday, most likely, especially if I go up to Hood), since I'm unconvinced of how good I'll be about this once I have my sons. I'd like to drop a few more pounds before Memorial Day and at least maintain over the summer (if I can't keep stripping down).
