It's 0630 and I'm already having a very shit day. I'm going to be using some of the pizza leftover from last night to massage my hurt feelings and general pissed-offedness.
On the flip side, I did a light 20 minutes on the eliptical machine, some ab machine and then some good leg press (12 reps of 230#, 8 reps of 250# and 8 reps of 270#).
But I wouldn't expect much else out of me today.
