Army Physical Fitness Test

This morning, I did 54 pushups, 65 situps and ran the 2-miles in 15:53. That gives me a score of 230 out of 300.

Sub-16 minutes on the run is actually really good for me. My pushups are about where I've been and my situps went down a few repetitions, but overall my score went up slightly (I think 7 points).

I'm strongly considering taking another record PT test at the end of May. I really only prepared for this one about three weeks... another 4 weeks should see another 10 point improvement.

edit: I forgot to mention! 72.75", 221#, ~19% body fat. So, officially, I'm down 11 pounds. By my scale, it's 12 pounds in 16 days. Crazy."
