No exact counts today. I've decided that I'll try to be generally good on the weekends, but not too good. However, in the interest of disclosure:
Vitamin water when I woke up.
3 eggs + salsa for breakfast.
Protein bar for morning snack.
Lunch was the last of the shrimp, tomatoes and feta. This stuff doesn't hold up this long, all the fluids from the STF came out into the bottom of the bowl. The shrimp and feta were okay, but the tomatoes were ... kinda stewed sitting in this sludge in my fridge.
I had a ham sandwich with onion as my afternoon snack.
Now, dinner is where I started indulging. I got the 11 oz Outback special with a sweet potato and fresh green beans. I also had an unsweetened tea, that neat brown bread they serve, and a rather large beer. Its size reminded me somewhat of the beers in Germany (although this was, of course, not as good).
Now I'm settling in with a six pack of Killian's Irish Red and a bag of chips.
So, my calories will be the highest I've had since Sunday, but after one last planned indulgence tomorrow morning (bacon with my eggs), I'll be back on track.
edit: I only had two beers, the bag of chips (it's not a really big bag, but it's still around 800 calories), and about 8 slices of ham coldcuts. Still, that's a bunch of extra stuff.
