Little late posting this. I laid down on my bed at 1900, still in my ACUs (minus the jacket and beret) and slept until 03.
2.2 mile Battalion run (about an 11 minute/mile pace)
Vitamin water: 25 cal, 0 fat cal, 0g fat, 0g saturated fat, 6g carb, 0g fiber, 0g protein
2 eggs, 2 egg substitutes + Salsa: 230 cal, 90 fat cal, 10g fat, 3g saturated fat, 5g carb, 1g fiber, 26g protein
Lunch: 540 cal, ? fat cal, 22g fat, ? saturated fat, 16g carb, ?g fiber, 66g protein
Dinner: 400 cal, 90 fat cal, 9g fat, 3g saturated fat, 44g carb, 16g fiber, 30g protein
Totals: 1195 cal, 180 fat cal, 41g fat, 6g saturated fat, 71g carb, 17g fiber, 122g protein
I really should have tried to work snacks in there. This is
way too low
. I should be getting between 500 and 800 more calories per day, minimum.
On the other hand, I'll probably make up for it this weekend. Expect wildly inaccurate counts of calories (but honest attempts at writing down what I eat).
Also, I count carbs differently than packaged food does: my carb count doesn't include the fiber count that is displayed after it. If you're going to use my numbers for yourself keep that in mind, as the standard is to have fiber included in carbs.
edit: I goofed, I had two of the Grilled Mushroom sandwiches for dinner. Also, lunch was more leftover Shrimp, Feta and Tomatoes. One more serving of that left and then I'll probably wait a year or so to make it again.
