I led PT this morning, light stretching, fast jog to the flight line, then a 4-mile run.
This afternoon, the gym, ran/walk for just over 20 minutes (1.5 miles). Burned out my biceps on some curl machine.
Need to do some pushups and crunches tonight. No PT tomorrow morning (unless I drag myself to the gym at 0530), maybe the gym in the evening.
The battle rages on...
