I led PT this morning, light stretching, fast jog to the flight line, then a 4-mile run.

This afternoon, the gym, ran/walk for just over 20 minutes (1.5 miles). Burned out my biceps on some curl machine.

Need to do some pushups and crunches tonight. No PT tomorrow morning (unless I drag myself to the gym at 0530), maybe the gym in the evening.

The battle rages on...

Did you drag yourself to the gym? I have to start doing more of the same. I am now officially a 42A for a Guard unit close to my hometown.

I got to the gym in the evening and foolishly did legs and cardio. Then we went on a run this morning. It was only 1.5 miles of last soldier up, but it still burned.

PT tomorrow morning is the gym, so I may wuss out of a second appearance for the evening. Might try going to dinner with a friend anyway.
