Wow, I'm terrible at keeping up with this

Catch up - Last Wednesday I was on track with everything. Honestly, the only thing I didn't do was account for it all here online. Thursday and Friday were weird days, since I was up all night on duty and then slept for most of the day Friday. Saturday was mostly on the road (check my previous article) and Sunday was... Sunday.

Back on track today, with a 2.5 mile run this morning and 15 minutes on the treadmill and 15 minutes on the elliptical machine this afternoon.

Totals - 1615 calories, 400 fat calories, 43.5g fat, 13g saturated fat, 182g carbs, 32g fiber, 140g protein

Low on protein... if I get to the gym tomorrow evening, I'll be downing a double shot of protein shake. But my fiber was high (co-worker Zteve: You do realize it's not fiber that you're supposed to get your weight in grams of per day, right?), so much so that my bowels have been adjusting all day. Yes, TMI, I know.

Still hovering at 220#, and just three weeks until the PT test. I'd better make sure my push-ups are in good form and my neck is big.
