PT with the Platoon was MSE (muscular strength and endurance). Not terrible, but a little too much stress on my lower back (which is always my concern with standardized Army PT). But not terrible: push-ups, sit ups, crunches and pull ups, mostly.

Food:
Propel - 25/0/0/0/6/0/0
Crystal Light - 10/0/0/0/2/0/0
2 eggs - 160/90/10/3/2/0/14
egg sub - 30/0/0/0/1/0/6
salsa + onion - 18/0/0/0/4/1/0
4 prunes - 100/0/0/0/24/3/1
powerbar - 220/45/5/2/32/4/11
lean cuisine panini - 300/80/9/4/33/3/21
Propel mix - 10/0/0/0/2/0/0
protein bar - 190/50/6/4.5/19/1/19
Crystal Light x2 - 20/0/0/0/4/0/0
salad (lettuce, onion, pepper, viniagrette) - 87/47/5/0.5/10/3/1
shrimp (3oz) - 50/5/0.5/0/0/0/12

Total = 1220 calories, 317 fat calories, 35.5g fat, 14g saturated fat, 139g carb, 15g fiber, 85g protein

Whoops.

On top of that, afternoon PT (gym time) consisted of 25 minutes on the elliptical machine, burnout on the triceps extension machine, some ab machine (not much because I was already pretty burnt on abs), burnout on seated chest press machine, and burnout (didn't take long) on the calf extension machine.

I know I didn't eat enough, I need to feed my body to let it recover, it just feels like progress to have the calories so low! Maybe it's because I caught the first 15 minutes of "Biggest Loser" in the gym. Maybe I'm just not hungry. Or I'm high on caffeine. wtvr

edit: Ah ha! I missed the protein powder (120/15/1.5/1/4/0/22) from after the gym.

Actual totals = 1340 cal, 332 fat cal, 37g fat, 15g sat fat, 143g carb,15g fiber, 107g protein. Better, but still low.
