PT after work was 25 minutes bike, machine bicep curls, and machine shoulder press. Diet pills made me thirsty but I left my gallon of water in the office after lunch... so thirsty. This is the first time I've made my body weight in grams of protein, although I'm 300 calories over where I'd like to be; I guess it's a trade off. Less chicken next time.

The fact that you ate 300 extra calories was okay because they were the right kind of calories: protein, low carbs/fat.
Besides, you burned those 300 off 20 minutes into your sprint routine. Good work. Stay strong.
