I have about one month before my next PT test, and I start teaching tomorrow. Both of those are good reasons to start this up again and see how well I can do: the first gives me a goal and a timeframe and the second gives me a "fresh start" of sorts. I was 223.5# this morning (not quite hovering... rising slightly over the past month) but just now I was 221#.

Morning PT sucked. 'nuff said. I went to the gym after work and did 20 minutes on the treadmill plus ~25 minutes doing the "max APFT" program, which is kicking my ass all sorts of ways (mostly in the lower back region, which isn't good). I'll lift tomorrow afternoon and try Max APFT again on Thursday. I should be getting plenty of cardio in the morning, a bit over lunch (i'm going to start walking around a bit) and then some in the evenings, too. I caved and got some diet pills, then read something that made me feel guilty for using them, but decided to just take them anyway since I spent the money. Once they're gone, they're gone...

Oh, and I drank just under a gallon of water today, which is great. Even under NutriSystem you're only required 1/2 gallon for the entire day.
