I'm just not doing well with NutriSystem. I'm looking at going back to my own plan next week. But of course my biggest failing is not keeping any sort of accountability over the weekends... :/

What I've been doing is following this book: 8 Minutes in the Morning. I've lost 25 pounds since I started to work for Stardock, and that's 8 weeks worth of following this book. Basically the author, Jorge Cruise, has you do two sets of exercises in the morning, and the rest is up to you. There's an 'eating card' system that I vaguely follow, but I follow his servings, food groups, and other suggestions very closely. I suggest you check it out, it's working great for me...today I fit into size 36 pants comfortably for the first time in a few years
