Having a four week supply for free, I figured I ought to at least give it a shot. My weight went up over the six weeks I had my sons this summer and I'm looking for this to kick start my losses. Hopefully, coupled with a renewed interest in diet and exercise (maybe they won't interfere with my PT sessions too much this month) this will garner some real results.

My weight this morning: 224 (after PT)

PT was weight lifting while I watched the soldiers on profile:
3 sets, 8 reps bicep curls (50#, 60#, 65# drop set -> 10 rep)
3 sets, 25 reps calf machine (210# both, 100# right, 100# left)
3 sets, 8 reps row/rear delt machine (90# x3)
3 sets, 15 reps ab machine (70#, 80#, 90#)
3 sets, 8 reps bicep curls (50#, 50#, 50# drop set -> 10 rep)
3 sets, 25 reps calf machine (210# both, 110# right, 110# left)
25 min eliptical machine (300 cal)

My assessment of the program: I'm not getting enough protein. I know that the whole point is the "low glycemic carb" approach, but I'm getting an awful lot of carbs, there. I'd like to see the carbs cut by 25-50g and increases protein by the same amount... but I'm not going to stray for the first two weeks at least. At the very least, the restriction on calories is going to help out.

Tomorrow: SUCKS! No PT, Joint Service Color Guard instead, and I'm forced to stay up all night for work. I'll do my best to keep to the plan and just suck down a lot of caffeine tomorrow night.
