17MAY Accountability

25 minutes on the treadmill, THR (124) workout. Machines: abs, calf extension, back extension, leg press.

2 eggs, 2 egg substitutes, salsa...
Protein bar...

But then, the Air Force was having a spaghetti lunch fund-raiser: all you can eat for $3. The spaghetti was donated and there was a prize for the dish that earned the most votes, but it would have been hard to eat 13 spaghettis. So I only had 5.

I can't count as high as my calories went in that meal (two plates of spaghett), so I guess this is a cheat day.

Still, I was 214.5 this morning. I didn't think I'd be below 215 until Friday (and I may actually not be, after lunch).

Tomorrow is a day off, kind of, but I have two Joint Service Color Guard performances scheduled. No PT, big break in the middle, and then off to get the kids.

Oh, dinner tonight is going to be those burritos again. Fiber-tastic!

If it were just one day a week, that might reassure me... it started with "just Saturday," progressed into "if I buckle down all week, the weekend is fine," and then the weekend started bleeding over into Friday.

Still, I wind up taking off the weight I gain over the weekend (mostly water and colon weight, near as I can tell) by around Wednesday morning, so Wednesday and Thursday are actual "loss" days. My low point on weight has settled in on Fridays so far.
