Today wasn't as bad for me as I thought it might be.

Vitamin water before I hit the road.
Beef jerky (160 cal) and the new carb-less Rockstar (in the blue can) (20 cal) on the way.
1/2lb buffalo burger with tomato, extra onion and mayonaisse with onion rings and a beer, and another carb-less Rockstar.
My third carb-less Rockstar (it's my new favoritest energy drink), beef jerky, a powerbar and a vitamin water.

And I'm not really hungry (although I'm dehydrated!), so I'll just eat tomorrow.

6 hours in the car, though. My hamstrings and back/shoulders are tight!

Keep up the good work!

I never used to like beef jerky, until my kids introduced me to it!

Sounds like you're gonna need to do some stretching to get rid of those kinks - I find using an exercise ball works wonders...the large floor ball i.e.!
