I was going to be good today, but I wound up in a foul mood almost right off the bat. One BIG encouraging bit this morning was weighing myself at 216.0 lb after PT, but things continued to pile on me all morning. I didn't have my mid-morning snack and wound up splurging (big time) at the new BBQ place on base.

3 eggs, salsa for post-PT breakfast (PT was 25 minutes on the elliptical machine, some back work and leg press).
Beef brisket, sausage, cole slaw, pinto beans (I ate the pickles and onions but skipped the white bread) with a can of coke.
Dinner (so far) was some frozen breaded shrimp. I know I'm not done in the least, but I hope to just graze until bed time.

Tomorrow may be rough as I'll be on the road, but I hope to be not too bad about it (protein bars taste even worse in the car, though). I'll be good as of Sunday again, of course, and I hope to be down below 215 by next Friday morning (an easy goal, but I don't want to set the bar too high right now).
