So, I got relieved right at 0800 this morning, but went up to the company to deal with an issue with one of my students. By the time I got up there, the issue had resolved itself (or so I was assured).

So, I slept from about 0930 until about 1630... not a bad amount, but I'm still very groggy. I had to run to base, then went to the grocery store. I had made a Lean Cuisine pizza while I was getting ready, and thought to myself at the store, "Man, I must've been really hungry, I don't even remember eating that."

Yeah, I didn't eat it. So, I ate it when I got home.

I haven't eaten since about 3 this morning, so this Lean Cuisine pizza and this beer is welcomed by my system. I mean, I had some caffeine (Diet Dr. Pepper) when I got up, but...

Anyway, I'll be eating more as the evening progresses, but I'm still hoping to keep it under control. Then I'll be back to normal tomorrow.

Even with the other food I ate last night (1/2lb ground beef with salsa and onion on 2 multi grain tortillas, 2 beers, a bag of soy protein snacks (~400 cal) and 7 triscuits), I'm pretty sure I was under 1800 calories for the day. The beer is messing with me a little today, though.
