35 minutes brisk walk on the treadmill, 2 sets of leg press (I felt like crap, both because I was hard on the running earlier this week and because I was short around 500 calories yesterday)
Vitamin Water: 25 cal, 0 fat cal, 0g fat, 0g saturated fat, 6g carb, 0g fiber, 0g protein
Protein Bar: 300 cal, 50 fat cal, 6g fat, 3.5g saturated fat, 37g carb, 1g fiber, 23g protein
Lunch: 540 cal, ? fat cal, 22g fat, ? saturated fat, 16g carb, ?g fiber, 66g protein
Brocolli and cheese: 60 cal, 25 fat cal, 3g fat, 1g saturated fat, 5g carb, 2g fiber, 2g protein
Chicken Breasts: 360 cal, 90 fat cal, 9g fat, 3g saturated fat, 0g carb, 0g fiber, 72g protein
Veggies + Salsa: 62 cal, 4 fat cal, 0g fat, 0g saturated fat, 10g carb, 4g fiber, 1g protein

Totals: 1347 cal, 169 fat cal, 40g fat, 7.5g saturated fat, 74g carb, 7g fiber, 164g protein

Still need to eat something tonight, which is fine. Probably triscuits, maybe a slice of cheese or two. Ought to do some situps and pushes while I'm at it...

edit: Yeah, 7 Triscuits and a slice of pepperjack cheese: 170 cal, 50 fat cal, 5.5g fat, 1.5g saturated fat, 20g carb, 3g fiber, 7g protein
Brings me up to 1517 cal, 249 fat cal, 45.5g fat, 9g saturated fat, 94g carb, 10g fiber, 171g protein
My counts are off again because lunch was leftovers from dinner last night. The recipe didn't account for fat calories, saturated fat or fiber. The dish wasn't as good completely cold either, but still palatable and very filling. Still have 1/2 of it left.
Two sets of 20 pushups. I'm doing the pushups with my hands on the 20lb weights that I've got, so it might work slightly different muscles when I do it. Of course, that means I should do PUs during the day, too...
I also need to push more water and restrict the amount of diet soda I drink at night. I really need to get up to 1 gallon/day.

I wish I had your dedication.

1. Let's see how long I keep this up, first.
2. You're awesome.
3. I've said this one before: Your husband is a very lucky guy.
4. You're already spreading a lot of your dedication and effort around to other areas; when you're ready and you need to, you will be able to tackle this. You want to talk about dedication? You are one of the most dedicated mothers and wives I've "met."
